Safety Manager includes
26 sample letters and memos. These may be easily customised in your normal word processor,
and printed or emailled. You can even save your custom letters as
templates - improving efficiency and helping to ensure that a consistent approach is taken
to future events.
Many letters have 'click here' fields - prompting data entry where you want it. The Help file
also explains how you can edit these fields, and create new ones yourself.
