Extensive improvements have been made to help you better record training undertaken and skills acquired, the to query and report on that information. These improvements include:

A range of Skills may be associated with training courses - this allows you to build a sophisticated picture of the skills attained by your people

New reporting and query options e.g. training stats / skills by person for a selected period - offer enhanced ability to guide employee development, and find the right person for any task

Facility to attach multiple documents to training records e.g. course material, trainers' notes, test results etc.

Advantage Better for OHS
While the application has always been a great tool for many aspects of an OHS management system, it now takes a leap forward in its capability for Accident / Injury reporting. New features list those injured in accidents/incidents - with a dedicated Injury Form to describe injuries and treatment. Numerous attachments (for photographs, correspondence etc.) may be added to reports. The new Injury Form includes various drop-down fields to capture vital data about the nature of the injuries sustained / treatment and other relevant information. A sample accident / incident reporting procedure is provided.
