Management system standards such as ISO 9001 Quality management, ISO 14001 Environmental management, & OHSAS 18001 / AS/NZS 4801 Occupational Health & Safety all require periodic reviews to be performed by top management. These are typically conducted in the form of a management review meeting.
OHS standards also require consultation and communication - which once again can be achieved to some degree by meetings.
Now your management reviews and other meetings can become better organised than ever before. With Qudos System 3, you may instantly schedule and plan meetings of any type (e.g. quality, project, safety, finance, sales) by choosing from default agendas - or creating a one-off custom agenda. As with many components of this remarkable application, we provide default agendas for various meeting types, but your may edit these and add more as required.
The Meeting Minutes form is used to record discussion, action points, who action is allocated to, and deadlines. For each main agenda item, hundreds of lines of text may be generated, and up to 100 individual action points may be raised, and emailled to the responsible people!
For regular meetings, the 'Fill' tool lets you save time by re-using previous minutes and simply entering any changes.
Communications are made quick and easy - Your agenda and minutes are published on a central database - easily searched and ready for instant access. They may be also Printed OR Exported OR Attached to an email addressed to a named recipient and / or mail-merged to all attendees. By the time meeting attendees return to their desk or place of work, they can already have received the minutes and any action points assigned to them!
A Sample Procedure is included for explaining business rules for conducting management reviews and other meetings. This may be customized using MS Word or equivalent. Other support material includes a dedicated Training Presentation on the subject.
