An organisation needs to communicate with employees and other interested parties
on a range of issues related to its quality management system. Letters and memos are
one way of making that communication.
Quality Manager includes
50 sample letters and memos. These may be easily customised in your normal word processor,
and printed or emailled. You can even save your custom letters as
templates - improving efficiency and helping to ensure that a consistent approach is taken
to future events.
An example is shown below.
As can be seen from this example, many letters have 'click here' fields - prompting data entry where you want it. The Help file
also explains how you can create these fields for yourself.
